So I’ve always been super intimidated by healthy foods and the thought of walking into Whole Foods makes me want to run FAST to the nearest McDonald’s… Lucky for me I had the amazing ladies of Tone It Up to answer all my questions and help me navigate through all the kale, apples, and other healthy foods. It was so helpful to go through the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan beforehand so I was able to map out everything and feel confident when I hit the grocery aisles! Follow along as I take on healthy grocery shopping with the Tone It Up girls!
